What are the check in/out times?
Reception is located at Seashells Superior main building. Check-in time is 2.00pm, check-out time is 10.00am. Changes to these times are subject to availability. Late check-ins (outside of receptions hours) must be arranged before arrival.

When is the reception open?
8.30am - 5.00pm weekdays
8.30am - 3.00pm Saturdays
8.30am - 12.00pm Sundays and public holidays

Is there a day room rate?
Yes, 50% of daily rate, subject to availability.

What is your child policy?
Children up to 14 years stay free when sharing with adults and using existing bedding. Cots and high chairs are free of charge, available on request.

How do I confirm my booking?
A deposit of one night's accommodation is required to confirm a reservation. Payment can be made by credit card or cheque. Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa American Express and Diners Club accepted.

How do I cancel my booking?
Notify the property as soon as possible. All cancellations within 21 days of arrival will be charged the cost of one night's accommodation. For any cancellations outside 21 days of arrival, a $25.00 administration fee applies.
