Transferring Reward Nights to the New Seashells App

Seashells has launched a new app and an updated platform for our loyal guests to earn rewards.

If you are using our original app, you will need to have your nights re-entered into the new app by Seashells.

It is extremely important that you do not delete the original app until you have had your existing nights entered into the new app by Seashells. The new app is on a new platform and records are not able to be automatically transferred.

In order to continue to earn rewards, you will need to download the new Seashells App and create an app user profile by clicking ‘Register to be rewarded’ on the homepage. You will need a valid email address and create a password.

If you registered an email address previously, you will need to re-register this email address in the new system.

Once you are logged into the new app, you just need to show us the nights in your old app and we will enter these into the new app for you.

Once this has been completed we will get you to delete the old app from your device.

This can be done on your next stay, by visiting your nearest Seashells property or at our Head Office.
