Seashells Rewards Terms & Conditions

Seashells Rewards are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Seashells Loyalty Program is only available via the Seashells App, which is available to all smartphone users.

To become a member, users must download the app and create an app user profile by clicking ‘Register to be rewarded’ on the homepage.  Users will need a valid email address and create a password.

Members MUST be registered and signed in to earn rewards.

For every eligible paid night stayed at any Seashells property, you collect a stamp which is equal to 1 night.  The stamps will be recorded by a member of Seashells Staff during your stay.

It is the member’s responsibility to ensure that the stamps are collected during their stay.

Bookings not eligible to participate in the program include corporate rates, free nights,  prize or promotional vouchers, and Double Your Value Bookings.

For the Stay, Pay offer members can only collect stamps for paid nights.

Each phone or tablet device can only be rewarded once for one room on any given night.  Multiple room bookings cannot be rewarded on the same device or user profile.

Once you have collected 10 stamps a voucher is issued to the value of $200 towards a future stay at your choice of Seashells Property.

The voucher will be issued from Seashells Head Office and sent via email to the registered app profile email address only. Rewards vouchers are issued on a weekly basis.

The Rewards Voucher will be for $200 towards a future booking made direct with any Seashells Property that is for a minimum 2 nights or more.

Rewards Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date it was earned.  The voucher must be used in this time.

Only one  rewards voucher can be used per booking and all bookings are subject to availability.

Rewards Vouchers are not valid for deposits for group bookings, group meetings or catering functions.

Rewards Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.  No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the Voucher.

Rewards Vouchers are not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed, photocopied or altered in any way and will not be accepted by Seashells or be otherwise redeemable.

Stamps can only be collected for eligible nights from the date of joining the program and cannot be back dated prior to joining.

Should the member need to change the email address on their profile, please advise Seashells Hospitality Group.

Exclusive offers are marketed via email and push notifications only; it is the member’s responsibility to enable these functions within the application.

Terms and Conditions are subject to change at the discretion of the loyalty program managers, Seashells Hospitality Group.  Changes will be effected immediately.
