Seashells Rewards are subject to the following terms and conditions:
Seashells Loyalty Program is available via the Seashells App, which is available to all smartphone users. All App users will automatically have access to the loyalty program
For every night stayed at any Seashells property, you can scan a QR code using your smart phone to earn 20 Seashells Dollars per night of stay.
Scan of QR code will be completed by a member of Seashells Staff during your stay. One (1) scan will be completed per night of stay for paid reservations only.
Loyalty scans not available to FOC stays, or bookings made under the “Double the Value” promotion.
Once you have stayed 10 nights and collected 200 Seashells dollars, you will be rewarded with a $200 voucher
Redemption must occur, to restart the program which can be repeated over without limit.
- Voucher will be issued electronically within the Seashells app and must be redeemed by a member of Seashells staff at your next check in.
– Redemption can occur for new reservations only and must be quoted at the time of making a reservation.
- Voucher within application may be exchanged for a Seashells E-Voucher which can be used at any Seashells property. A member of Seashells Staff will still need to redeem voucher electronically within your app and complete a “Redemption Request” form to be exchanged for an emailed e-voucher with 12 months validity.
– Requests for this, only accepted in person at Reception
– Guests can specify recipient, enabling the voucher to be gifted to family/friends.
Each phone or tablet device can only be scanned once for 1 room on any given night. I.e. multiple room bookings cannot be scanned on the same device.
Only (1) $200 voucher can be redeemed per reservation. All redemption reservations must be for a minimum 2 night stay.
Gift Vouchers can only be applied against a booking made direct with the property.
Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the Voucher.
Gift Vouchers are not valid for deposits for group bookings, group meetings or catering functions.
Gift vouchers are not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed, photocopied or altered in any way and will not be accepted by Seashells or be otherwise redeemable.
Exclusive offers are marketed via email and push notifications only; it is guest’s responsibility to enable these functions within the application.
Terms and Conditions are subject to change at the discretion of the loyalty program managers, Seashells Hospitality Group. Changes will be effected immediately.
